Based in Surrey but providing support across London & The south East, We launched our consultancy service back 2012 and have grown through ‘word of mouth’ recommendations. We are now in the next phase of growth and are offering the service to reach a wider area.
Kim has been a Registered Child Minder in Surrey for 18 years, rated “outstanding’ by Ofsted twice. She also works in collaboration with Local Authorities, child minders and other early years professionals providing mentoring and quality assurance.
She is a member of NEYTCO and is a Pacey Local Peer to Peer trainer.
Kim specialises in one to one coaching for existing and newly registered childminders. She provides individualised packages of support covering registration, documentation, preparing for inspection, SEF and implementation of all areas of the EYFS.
Kim has a passion for inspiring, empowering and training others with a vision to see an army of child minders across the country standing tall as professionals.
Jane has worked in the Early Years sector for the past 20 years. In her time in the industry, she has managed day nurseries and pre schools working with a varied mix of parents and children with diverse needs.
Jane specialism is SEND and inclusion. She brings her extensive knowledge and experience of supporting settings to improve outcomes for children as well as providing practical support in preparing them for their Ofsted inspections.
Jane has a degree in Early Childhood studies is a qualified Assessor, a freelance consultant and Early Years Inspector.
Andrea has worked within the Early Years sector for 16 years, working within a variety of settings and charities across London. In 2012 she gained a BA (Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies, developing her expertise in all areas of child development. Andrea has previously worked as an Early Years Inspector on behalf of Ofsted. Inspecting Childminders, Nurseries and After-School settings in line with the EYFS and safeguarding requirements. Andrea is a qualified childcare assessor, which enables her to mentor learners in their journey to gain a qualification within the workplace. Andrea is currently undertaking a Project management Prince 2 award which is internationally recognised. This will enable her to support settings with new projects and ventures with the ability to manage risk and resources effectively.
